About the Online Course:

This is a live online pizza-making course designed for beginners. You will learn the fundamentals of pizza-making and develop a strong foundation in different doughs, crust styles, sauces, and toppings. The course focuses on building essential skills such as kneading, rolling, shaping, and topping pizzas—right from your home.

What Will You Learn?

Pizza Bases

You will learn to prepare two types of bases:

• Maida Base
• Whole Wheat Base

Crust Styles

You will learn to make the following crust styles:

1. Thin Crust
2. Classic Crust
3. Chicago-Style Crust
4. Cheese Burst

Sauces

You will prepare a variety of sauces, including:

• Roasted Italian Sauce
• Pesto Sauce
• White Sauce

Toppings (Theory-Based)

Topping combinations and flavour balancing will be explained in detail. You will explore toppings such as:

• Roasted Potatoes
• Grilled Vegetables (Zucchini, Squash, Mushrooms, etc.)
• Basil Oil
• Oven-Dried Tomatoes and more

You will also learn how to create unique combinations using different cheeses (Cheddar, Feta, Gouda), along with nuts and fruits (Figs, Pears, etc.) to elevate your pizzas.
