About the course ?

You will be learning how to make Pasta from scratch. The techniques covered are the dough to made with both options available egg & eggless. We will be even covering store bought pasta this is for emergency. As pasta takes time to make. 

What will you be learning ?

we will be covering the following- 

PASTA

We will be learning how to make the dough from scratch, Both the recipes with egg and eggless will be covered. The various pasta covered are- 

I)   Fettuccine

II)  Ravioli 

III) Tortellini

IV) Linguine

SAUCES

a) Italian sauce (Version 1 & 2)

b) Pesto sauce

c) White sauce. 

D) Aglio Olio

  What is special about this course ?

We will be covering the basics of pasta, it is going to be fully hands on course where every student will be practising making the dough and will be working on their own pasta.

What will be the format of the course ?

It will be a fully hands on course you will be making your own dough and finally making your own pasta which we will be serving you fresh right there with different combination of sauces.
