About the Course:
In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of pizza-making, gaining a solid understanding of doughs, crust styles, sauces, and toppings. This foundational course will equip you with essential skills in kneading, rolling, shaping, and topping pizzas.

What Will You Be Learning?

Pizza Bases:

• Maida Base

Crust Styles:
You will master two types of crust:

1. Thin Crust
2. Classic Crust

Sauces:
You will prepare various sauces, including:

• Roasted Italian Sauce
• White Sauce

Course Format:
This will be a fully hands-on course. You will work in pairs to make two types of dough (Maida and Whole Wheat) and create your own pizzas, which you can enjoy on-site or take home to share with loved ones.

RA Puram, Chennai (Google "Frangipani Expressions" for the exact location).

All ingredients and materials needed for the course will be provided. A recipe printout and pen will also be given.
