About the Course
Baking is a wonderful skill to learn, especially during the summer when there's nothing better than fresh homemade treats. This Baking Camp is designed with a logical and practical approach, perfect for beginners looking to dive into the world of baking. We will cover four essential baking modules to give students a solid foundation.

Day 1 - Module I: Bread Making

Day 2 - Module II: Cookies & Biscuits

Day 3 - Module III: Tarts & Pies

• Spinach ricotta & Sundried tomato Pie 

Day 4 - Module IV: Donuts & Berliners 

• Sugar Coated Donuts 
• Chocolate glazed Donuts

• Chocolate cream filled Berliners

What Makes This Course Special?
This is a fully hands-on course where students will learn key baking techniques like measuring ingredients, kneading, piping, and following recipes. The aim is to ensure all young chefs understand the concepts and feel confident enough to recreate these treats at home.
