About the Course:
This two-day course is designed for beginners eager to learn the art of baking with egg cakes. You will master the techniques of making a basic eggless cake sponge and discover how to cut, layer, fill, ice, and decorate your cakes with both classic and modern icing techniques. By the end of this course, you'll be able to create a beautifully iced and decorated cake, complete with piping and glazing.
