Dive into the vibrant flavours of Thailand with our specialised course on Thai curries. This course is designed for those who are already familiar with cooking and want to deepen their knowledge of Thai cuisine. You will learn to prepare the four essential curry pastes along with traditional accompaniments.

What You Will Be Learning:

Throughout this course, we will focus on the following four curry pastes and their corresponding curries:

1. Som Tum Papaya Salad 
2. Tom Zabb (local spicy soup) 
3. Stirfried veggies and mushroom with cashewnuts 

4. Green Curry Paste

   • Steamed Green Curry with mushroom and tofu

5. Massaman Curry Paste

   • Massaman Curry with bamboo shoot

6. Panang Curry Paste

   • Panang with lotus stem and caramelized onions

7. Khao Soi Curry Paste

   • Chiang Mai curry with noodles
8. Sticky rice with Mango

Post-Registration Instructions:

You will receive a message via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number confirming your seat for the course. We will be creating a WhatsApp group in which we will be sharing the recipe pdf and the zoom meeting id and password. After two weeks we will be sharing the recording of the class in the WhatsApp group which will be available for a year.
