About the Course?
In this course we will be teaching kids basics of cooking and baking, we will concentrated on the easy to cook meals for kids to learn and gain some culinary and baking skills at the same time have fun making and eating the goodies.
It is fully hands on course which is divided in three days-
1. Italian Cooking with Breads
2. Mexican Cooking
3. Basics of Baking
What will you be learning ?
The course is divided in to three modules which would be covered in 3 days as follows-
DAY 1- Italian Cooking with Breads
Tomato & Olive Focaccia
Pink sauce pasta with Grilled Vegetable
Sauces- Roast Tomato Sauce & White sauce
Day 2- Mexican Cooking
Mexican Salad Bowl
Nachos with Cheese sauce
Soft Taco with Cottage cheese filling & Mexican Kebab
Churros with Chocolate sauce
Day 3- Basics of Eggless Baking
Strawberry Cupcake with Butter cream icing
Eggless Chocochip Cookie
Blue Berry Cheesecake

Age is just a number in cooking and baking The most simple thought of anyone would be explored in this course for kids. Explore the little chefs in you.
These are the skills which will be covered in these camp so your child can get an idea in cooking-
Safe Food Handling; hand washing, sanitation, hygiene, handling fruits and veggies, Stove and oven skills; temperature control, sautéing, simmering, grilling, uses of herbs and grilled vegetable. Dressings, Safe knife handling, Chopping & Peeling, Measurements & Kneading ; Portion control, Multitasking, Organisation ,Time Management
