About the Course?
We will be teaching the basics of pizza. The student attending this course will get a good amount of knowledge in the various doughs require to base the pizza in and mainly the various crust styles with the sauces and toppings. This is a basic course to make you an expert in various other skills as well like kneading, rolling, shaping and topping various pizza.
What will you be learning ?

We will covering the following-
We will be covering Three Bases
a) Maida Base
b) Whole Wheat Base
c) Multigrain Base
The Three types of Crust which we will covered are
1) Thin Crust
2) Classic Crust
3) Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
a) Roasted Italian sauce (Version A & B)
b) Romesco Sauce
c) Pesto sauce
Roasted Potatoes, Grilled veggies (Zucchini,Squash, mushrooms etc), Basil oil, garlic oil and Oven dried tomatoes.
We will be covering the combination of cheese (Cheddar, Gouda & Feta), Nuts and fruit (Figs, Pear etc) which will go as pizza toppings
What will be the format of the course ?
It will be a fully hands on course you will be making your own dough and finally making your own pizza which you can enjoy it and take home as well for your loved and dear ones
