About the Course:
In this course, you'll learn how to make pasta from scratch, covering techniques for both egg and eggless dough. We'll also explore using store-bought pasta for quick meals when time is short.
What Will You Be Learning?
We will focus on making pasta dough from scratch and creating the following types of pasta:
- Fettuccine
- Ravioli
- Tortellini
- Linguine
Sauces:
You'll also learn how to prepare various sauces, including:
- Italian Sauce (Version 1 & 2)
- Pesto Sauce
- White Sauce
- Aglio Olio
Special Features:
This course is fully hands-on, allowing every student to practice making their own dough and pasta. You’ll enjoy fresh pasta paired with different sauces during the class.

The course will be entirely hands-on, focusing on practical skills and delicious results.
