About the course ?

In this course you will learn five international cuisines which has became famous in recent times 

This course is about understanding Cooking in a different approach. We will be teaching  Four to Five Course meal for the cuisines in this course which would be a very good start for students to understand more about different techniques and culture from the respective cuisines.

What will they be learning in the course?

We will covering the Five Cuisines  as briefed above.

The dishes covered in this course are-

DAY 1- KOREAN COOKING- 2nd October 2022

Salad- Sabo noodles with quick pickled mushroom salad 

Soup- Tteokbokki 

Starter- Korean spring rolls

Main Course- Bibimbap

Dessert- Hotteok with a savoury and sweet filling

DAY 2- LEBANESE COOKING- 9th October 2022

MEZZE PLATTER 

Dips- Traditional Hummus, Tabbouleh, Baba Ganoush, Muhamara (Red Capsicum & Walnut dip ), Falafel, Tzatziki, Harissa

Breads- Pita Bread and Traditional Lavash Made from scratch

DAY 3- MEXICAN COOKING- 16th October 2022

What is special about this course ?

The course is a fully hands on course where we teach students to use basic techniques and ingredients by which cooking can be more fun and creative at the same time. This course will make the student learn different techniques which can be used in our everyday life for example measuring ingredients, kneading, following the Recipes & more.

The dishes will be served to the student as lunch for giving the fullest experience which every cuisines holds
