Learn how to make ice-creams at home either with your home freezer and blender or with an icecream machine. in this class we will covering in detail how to make icecream from scratch with two recipes.
We will be covering two recipes of icecream in this course with various other variations. We will be even teaching sauces by which we will be showing you how to make sundaes at home.

What is special about this course?
We will covering various techniques and textures of icecream and how to even come up with some flavour combination. We will even be giving you an idea of how to even commercially sell icecream in a small or large scale. Idea of packaging and costing will also be shared.
