About the Course?
Learn the recipes and techniques to make a macaron shells (without eggs)with the help of aquafaba and potato starch. We will be covering how to make the shells from scratch with various fillings
What will you be learning ?
We will be covering two method for making the shells (without egg) which are-
A) Aquafaba
B) Potato Starch
Shells- Plain, Coloured, specked colour, Flavoured
The filling which are going to covered are as follows-
- Blueberry Cheesecake
- Salted Caramel
- Mango & Coconut
- Caramalized Rose and Pista Ganache
- Coffee Milk Chocolate Ganache with Almond Praline
What is special about this course
This course is a fully hands on course every student will be making the with egg macaron shell. We want all of the student to be confident before they try at home. Practise time also will be available.
