About the course ?
Baking is a great skill to learn during the summer as who doesn’t like a freshly baked goodies at home.
This Summer camp is about understanding Baking with a logical & practical approach. We will be covering Four Modules of Baking in this camp which would be a very good start for the students in the world of Baking. The Four Modules are
I) Petite Tea Cakes & Cupcakes with Piping
II) Bread Making with Dips
III) Cookies & Biscuits
IV) Baked Desserts
What will they be learning in the course?
We will covering the Four modules as briefed above.

DAY 1- MODULE (I)- PETITE TEA CAKES & CUPCAKES WITH PIPING
A) Almond Jagerry whole wheat cake
B) Chocolate brownie with fudge sauce
C) Fresh Mango Cake with Coconut Buttercream Icing
D) Chocolate Strawberry Cake with Milk Chocolate Ganache
(Piping- Drop Flower, Swirl & Lying down Rose)
DAY 2- MODULE (II) BREAD MAKING WITH DIPS
A) Sundried Tomatoes & Olives Focaccia
B) Pesto Babka
C) Whole wheat Margarita Pizza
DAY 3- MODULE (III) COOKIES & BISCUITS
A) Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie
B) Whole wheat Chocolate Chip cookie
C) Pista & Cranberry ShortBread
D) Brookie
DAY 4- MODULE (IV) BAKED DESSERTS
A) Triple Chocolate Tart

What is special about this course ?
The course is a fully hands on course where we teach students to use basic techniques and ingredients by which baking can be more fun and creative at the same time. This course will make the student learn different techniques which can be used in our everyday life for example measuring ingredients, kneading Piping and following the Recipes.
We will make sure that all the young chefs have understood the concept and get comfortable in making the baked goodies in their own kitchen.
