Christmas Gingerbread Tree course with Chef Girika from Mon Chéri 17th December 2023 (Sunday)

About the course ? 

Learn how to make spiced gingerbread cookie dough followed by cutting, baking, assembling and decorating YOUR OWN Christmas tree!

What will the kids be learning ? 
Participants will learn the creaming method for making cookie dough.
Dough mixing and baking will be done in groups under the supervision of our chefs. Each child will individually assemble and decorate their trees with a variety of frostings and garnishes.

They get to bring home a recipe card and the finished tree! A light snack and drink will be provided during a short break within the class.
