About the course ?
A basic baking course which would help them understand baking in a very simple way and would help them start their journey with baking.
We will be covering three sections of baking which are Tea Cakes & Cupcakes with piping and Cookies. With this course you will get an detail idea about cakes and cookies.
What will they be learning in the course?
Sometimes it just needs one course for the students to understand a subject which is baking over here.
The techniques covered in this course are-
Making of cupcakes with basic piping techniques
The menu for the course are as follows
1. Brownie cupcake frosted with chocolate fudge sauce
2. Fresh strawberry choco chip cupcake with buttercream icing
3. Chocolate travel cake with milk chocolate caramel ganache
4. Chocolate chip cookie
5. Brookie with Raspberry marshmallow
What is special about this course ?
We will be covering the basics of baking with a practical approach. We believe that if the students practically make the cakes and cookies by themselves they will be getting a much better understanding.
We will make sure that all the young chefs have understood the concept and get comfortable in making the baked goodies in their own kitchen.
