DAY 3- BASICS OF INTERNATIONAL COOKING 

  • Understanding pasta with various sauces- Roast Tomato sauce, Pesto sauce & White sauce 
  • Easy to make Pizza base 
  • Basil Peanut Fried Rice 
  • Hakka noodles Noodles with variations 
  • Easy to make Dips- Gulcamole, Salsa, Muhamara, Beetroot Dip
  • Easy to make Salad Dressing- Hung Curd Dressing, Pesto cashew cheese dressing & 3 ingredients salad dressing 

DAY 4- TECHNIQUES TO BE COVERED 

  • How to cut, store & organise veggies in fridge 
  • How to plan groceries for the week 
  • Understanding of using equipment’s like Oven, Pressure cooker etc 
  • Use of oven for easy cooking 
  • For egg eaters ideas and variation will be shared 
  • Easy to make beverages lime juice, Tea & Coffee etc 
  • uses of pre-made paste for fast and yummy food
