About the course?
Baking and chocolate to kids are forms of creation and excitment, We are going to be covering the basic techniques of baking with these recipes. it would be a fully hands on course where the kids will learn how to measure, mix, temper, bake and decorate.
What will they be learning in this course?
We will be covering Cakes, cookie and Chocolates with truffle .

Making Cupakes nd cakes with icing techniques
Tempering courveture chocolates
Difference between Compound and Courveture
Triple chocolate brownie with chocolate fudge icing
Fresh Strawberry cupcake with butter cream icing
Chocolate cupcake with Mik chocolate ganache
Icing the cupcake three techniques-Swirl, Drop flower, Long swirl and Rosettle
Chocolate chip cookie
Basic Moulded Chocolates
What is special about this course ?
The course is a fully hand on course. The main focus of this camp is to have fun and at the same time learn the basics of baking and magic of chocolates.
The students will have a practical and theoritical idea about baking and chocolate making.
